Automotive video specialist CitNOW has appointed Jason Jeggo as its new head of sales for the UK market.

Jeggo has many years of experience working within the industry and previously worked for manufacturers including SAAB and Mercedes-Benz, as well as major dealer groups.

Most recently – as well as a stint looking after the Vauxhall and Chevrolet brands for Evans Halshaw – Jeggo was sales and client services director for Douglas Stafford, the UK’s leading customer experience and mystery shop company.

Jeggo will report into CitNOW global sales director, Gordon Grant, as he focuses on continuing to build the company’s international presence.

Grant said: “I am delighted to welcome Jason to the team. His considerable experience and strong relationships within the UK automotive sector will be important in helping us to maintain our momentum in our home market.”

CitNOW claims that 50% of the UK’s franchised dealer network now uses some form of personalised video in its sales and aftersales functions, with its operation counting 88 of the top AM100 dealer groups in the country among its customer base.

Further afield, CitNOW is gaining traction in Europe, with Spain and Italy among the fastest-growing territories, as well as Japan spearheading the Asian market.
