Keyloop has agreed to be an official reseller of AI Assistant’s AI-powered email Conversation Platform.
The solution allows retailers to automate and personalise customer email interactions, delivering human-like conversations that drive engagement and boost sales.
The agreement builds on the companies’ successful partnership, which previously introduced AI Assistant’s Cleanse solution - a tool that uses AI to enhance the accuracy and quality of customer records.
The Conversation Platform engages in back-and-forth email exchanges with customers and prospects. It interprets responses and replies in a manner that mimics human interaction, performing tasks such as forwarding leads to appropriate team members, scheduling follow-ups, and updating customer records.
Its adaptive tone adjusts to align with each customer’s language and style, providing a personalised experience to develop greater engagement and satisfaction.
For dealerships, the platform saves time by automating routine follow-ups, improves responsiveness with timely replies, and increases accuracy by using real-time vehicle data to ensure precise information. Consistent and personalised communication also enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty, boosting sales performance and overall customer experience.
This reseller agreement will allow Keyloop’s networks in the UK, Middle East, South Africa, the Netherlands, and Germany to access the advantages of AI-driven communication technology.
