Green IP is to partner with automotive technology business Keyloop which will see 11 members of staff transfer to the Poole-based telecoms provider.

Under the agreement, Green IP will become an approved partner charged with delivering its integrated Voice as a Service (VaaS) and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) across Keyloop’s international customer base.

“This is a natural synergy and a pivotal step forward in our development journey,” said Kane Hardy, general manager at Green IP.

“Becoming an approved Keyloop partner and acquiring its Voice Connect service proposition enables us to deliver the latest hosted voice communication and business collaboration tools, strengthening reliable customer communication within the automotive space.”

The collaboration will see Green IP integrate its telephony and UC technologies directly with Keyloop’s Fusion retail platform that serves vehicle manufacturers, dealerships, finance providers and fleet suppliers.

The new partnership will allow the company to focus on developing its core Fusion platform while Green IP supports its clients with robust VaaS and UCaaS solutions.

“This partnership accelerates our strategic vision and builds on our sector-specific strengths, which already span hospitality, pharmaceuticals, and construction,” Hardy added. “We are expanding internationally across continental Europe and the Americas, and innovations such as AI-enabled enhancements continue to drive our value proposition. We are proud to support Keyloop and its thousands of customers worldwide.”

Adam Bastin, EVP of strategy & corporate development at Keyloop, said: “Green IP’s expertise allows us to concentrate on our Fusion platform, enhancing how vehicle retailers and manufacturers engage with customers. With Green IP managing our VaaS integration, we are confident our clients will see increased value and improved business efficiencies.
