Xpeng has opened its first Scottish dealership in East Kilbride in partnership with Park’s Motor Group, following launches in Nottingham and Southampton.

Scottish customers can now get a first-hand look at Xpeng’s next-generation G6 – a premium all-electric SUV that is set to begin its first customer deliveries in the coming weeks.

The East Kilbride opening forms part of Xpeng’s broader UK rollout, with plans to establish between 20 and 25 dealerships by the end of 2025. These will be supported by strategically located aftersales hubs designed to deliver a comprehensive and premium customer experience.

Chris Graham, network development manager at Xpeng UK, who attended the launch, confirmed that the brand continues to see strong interest from potential franchise partners. “We’ve received a substantial amount of interest from potential partners across the UK.
