Members of the 2024 Waylands Future Leaders Programme (FLP) have completed their charity fundraising initiative for Young Lives vs Cancer (YLVC), raising over £3,000 for the cause.

YLVC supports families in finding the strength to face the challenges of childhood cancer.

Every day, 12 more children and young people in the UK receive the devastating news that they have cancer, making the charity's work crucial.

This year's FLP cohort was tasked with selecting a charity, planning a fundraising event, and executing the plan.

The team chose to tackle the demanding hike up Cader Idris in Snowdonia, a mountain standing at 893 metres.

The Future Leaders Programme, part of the Waylands Academy, reflects the company's commitment to personal and professional development, offering participants the opportunity for personal and career development.
