City Auction Group has appointed Natalie Young as national sales manager.

With more than 17 years of automotive sales and client management experience, she has worked for Manheim Remarketing, Auto Trader Digital and Mercedes-Benz Retail.

In her new role, Young (pictured) will be responsible for developing director level relationships with franchised dealer groups and car supermarkets, as well as introducing specialist dealer group part exchange sales programmes to compliment the current corporate sale events at Rockingham.

Michael Tomalin, managing director of City Auction Group said: ““With a proven track record in sales, Natalie will add valuable skills and experience to the management team.  I look forward to working with Natalie on accelerating the growth of City Auction Group in the UK.”

Since City Auction Group launched its new facility at Rockingham in January, the firm has employed 50 new staff, across administration, sales, finance and business development.

The next auction Thursday, April 16 at 10am with vendors Lex Autolease, Avis Budget Group, Peugeot & Citroen Financial Services, Semalease, Helphire, FCA Group with new vendors RCi Financial Services and Renault UK.
