Auto Trader is poised to launch its Auto Trader Highly Rated 2020 accreditation programme in a bid to help car retailers showcase their exceptional customer service.
Retailers across the UK who have been consistently recognised by their customers as providing an outstanding experience by rating them highly on Auto Trader will receive a collection of Highly Rated assets, including stickers and digital logos to promote their excellence across their physical and digital showrooms.
Businesses meeting the scheme’s criteria will also have a Highly Rated logo added to their Auto Trader profile page.
Auto Trader sales director, Darren Moon, said: “Each year we like to take the opportunity to celebrate those retailers who really are going above and beyond to provide their customers with the very best buying experience.
“Even in normal trading conditions, to meet our strict criteria is a huge achievement, but it is especially so in today’s challenging retail landscape.
“As one of the UK’s most recognised and trusted brands, we hope recognition from Auto Trader will help this year’s Highly Rated retailers stand out from competitors by building instant confidence with car buyers.
“We recommend retailers proudly showcase their achievement across their dealership and every other potential consumer touchpoint.”
To qualify for Auto Trader’s Highly Rated accreditation, retailers must have met the following:
- A high volume of recent reviews on Auto Trader
- A high overall review rating on Auto Trader
- Regular engagement with customer reviews by replying to them
To reach the maximum number of potential customers, Auto Trader encourages retailers to promote their success on their social media channels.
Retailers posting photos of their Highly Rated sticker on display in their dealership will have the chance to win a selection of prizes, as well as have their post shared with Auto Trader’s 400,000 followers on its consumer facing social media channels.
To qualify, retailers need to post from July 15 to August 2, 2020, and tag one of the Auto Trader Insight accounts on Twitter (@ATInsight), LinkedIn (Auto Trader Insight) or on its brand-new Instagram page (@autotraderinsight), along with the hashtag #ATHighlyRated.
