Harwoods Group is boosting its adoption of enquiryMAX’s customer enquiry technology following impressive results across its Bentley, Aston Martin and Jaguar operations.
The Sussex-based group is extending the influence of the enquiryMAX system to include its Audi sites after sales conversion rates from enquiry to order increased by 7.5% over the last 12 months in its Bentley and Aston Martin showrooms.

EnquiryMAX provides sales lead management software and retail consultancy to over 600 dealers in the UK and works with a broad range of manufacturers.
