Mapfre Abraxas has added a new service plan proposition to its existing product range for dealers.
The new add-on product is the first in a number of developments Mapfre promises as it expands on its core business as an AM award winning insurance and warranty provider.
Nick Franklin (pictured), head of partnership and distribution at Mapfre, said: “As part of our on-going innovation strategy, we have now added a very strong service plan proposition to our portfolio which allows us to support dealers in all aspects of their add-on product portfolio.”
It has no initial set-up or admin fees, no cancellation fees and can be integrated with a dealer’s DMS - simplifying the production of automated quotes and plan set-up.
Franklin added: “Service Plan is just the tip of the iceberg - we have more planned for this year that will help dealers increase customer touch-points and ultimately improve customer retention.”
