Snows Seat in Poole has received high praise for the "fantastic" service provided to one of its loyal customers, Imali Chislett, who recently acquired a new car through the Motability scheme.
Chislett, who is disabled and uses a wheelchair, expressed her gratitude for the care and attention shown by the team at Snows Seat’s senior sales executive Jason Batten.
Chislett, who has a range of debilitating health issues, described the service she receives at Snows Seat as exceptional and a refreshing change.
The businesswoman from Fareham and her husband Cameron have been loyal customers of the dealership for several years, even while living as far away as Ripon, Yorkshire.
“My husband and I have been using Snows Seat in Poole for a number of years because of a lease car we’ve been running – and we’re continually impressed by the excellent service we receive,” said Chislett.
“The team has always been fantastic with me, whether I’m visiting the showroom, accessing their services, or organising my new Motability car.”
Imali and Cameron Chislett run Inkfire, a disabled-led business development agency they founded in 2018, specialising in graphic design, website development, public relations, and social media.
As a wheelchair user and business owner, Chislett said she values the supportive environment at Snows Seat Poole.
“As a young person with a disability, it’s rare to find a customer service experience where I’m treated like anyone else. The showroom is so well thought out for wheelchair users, which must be a huge selling point for other disabled people in the area,” she said.
Jason Batten, the senior sales executive at Snows Seat Poole, expressed his pleasure in assisting Imali and Cameron. "It's always a pleasure to welcome Imali and Cameron to Snows Seat Poole, and we're proud to have helped them acquire their stunning new Seat Ateca."
