Motorpoint partners with Movable Ink for AI engagement tech

Motorpoint has partnered with Movable Ink to provide AI-powered digital customer engagement services to tailor communications with customers.

The used car supermarket has been building out its AI capabilities in recent months with this latest partnership with Movable Ink, as well as its partnership with Phyron for AI-powered video content.

Motorpoint will send tailored data-driven communications featuring individualised vehicle recommendations and updates based on each customer’s browsing and purchase history.

Lorreine Chittenden, Motorpoint’s head of eCRM, said: “Movable Ink’s personalisation capabilities allow us to create more engaging, relevant, and customer-centric communications, ensuring our customers find the right car at the right time, tailored to their needs."

The partnership with Motorpoint marks “a significant milestone” in Movable Ink’s ambitions to expand in the UK.

The business has 600 employees and already operates in North America, Central America, Europe, Australia and Japan.
