Fix Auto Loughborough has added Stellantis to its vehicle manufacturer approval programme.
It will now extend its portfolio to encompass the entire Stellantis stable of marques having previously held approvals for Vauxhall, Peugeot and Citroën for more than a decade.
The combination of Stellantis and the Volkswagen Group along with Kia and Mitsubishi means Fix Auto Loughborough has vehicle manufacturer approval for close on 48% of the UK car parc.
Owner Paul Smith said: “Having previously held the approvals for Vauxhall, Peugeot and Citroën, we have a legion returning of customers who are always seeking that extra confidence when handing their car keys over, stepping up and undergoing the VM process for the entire Stellantis stable of vehicles was the next move for us.
“We have had to invest in some new equipment and additional training for the team, but apart from that I am delighted to say the whole process has been seamless.”
Commenting on the appointment, Greg Watson, northern regional bodyshop development manager for Stellantis, added: “Paul and his team run an extremely tight ship with a terrific team of highly experienced repairers on the shop floor supported by a great customer service team. They have all risen to every challenge we ask of all who carry the Stellantis Approval.”
