Epyx has established a new network of over 1,400 garages nationwide, designed to streamline motor warranty work and provide warranty providers with easy access to workshops ready to handle claims.
Marc Lees, director of business development at epyx, said: "One of our recent success stories is the number of warranty companies using our 1link Service Network for processing claims.
“Although the platform was originally designed for fleets managing service, maintenance, and repairs, its processes align well with the needs of warranty companies, making it an excellent fit."

The network offers warranty companies control over where and when claims are handled, ensuring high-quality repairs by reputable workshops. Currently, over 700,000 vehicle policies, including those from RAMP, Autoguard, and EMAC, are managed through epyx.
Lees added, "Instead of each warranty company building their own supplier network within 1link Service Network, they can now access a pre-established selection of garages eager for this type of work. These workshops have a proven track record and benefit from faster payment as part of the new network."
Epyx said it is also in discussions with several motor warranty companies and expects to announce a new deal soon.
