Renault UK is enhancing its customer journey with a new customer enquiry portal, powered by Keyloop Leads.
The platform developed by the lead management software expert improves the overall user experience and streamlines communication between Renault UK retailers, dealerships, and their customers, providing fast and seamless assistance from phones and desktops.
Keyloop Leads helps dealerships respond to leads faster and more effectively, aggregating them from over 300 online sources and sending them to sales teams on the showroom floor instantly. It also provides configurable alerts and ongoing response reminders to help ensure no opportunity is missed.
Responses are branded, contain additional attachments such as brochures and videos and are personalised by the salesperson to the customer’s enquiry.
Renault UK partnered with Keyloop Leads to create the portal in anticipation of a surge of activity in 2024 and new products including the all-new Renault Scenic E-Tech 100% electric, and the launch of the next generation Dacia Duster.
