The creators of a mobile-optimised app to connect retailers to aftersales customers is being offered as part of a free three-month trial.
Ingelby Automotive Apps claims that its newly-created app enables dealers to build engagement and loyalty by pushing out reminders, details of new and used cars and other marketing promotions to customers.
Managing director, Ollie Lane, said: “More and more mobile apps are in use across UK dealerships today. So far, though, most have been developed by manufacturers and very few offer dealers control over content, or give them the opportunity to proactively interact with customers.
“In contrast, our app can be tailored to fit the dealers’ brand. Moreover, it enables them to interact with customers through the service booking process and build relationships through a complementary value added concierge service which issues regular reminders on car tax, insurance and MOTs.
“Added to this, dealers can pull in details of all of their new and used car stock from their website into the app for customers to view and they can also run customer service or ‘voice of the customer’ surveys to further engage with customers and generate additional feedback.”
The new app allows dealers to push service notification reminders to customers 24 hours before their booked service, as well as insurance, tax and MOT reminders when renewals are due.
A back office dashboard is included with the solution, currently available from Ingelby on a three-month free trial.
