The shortlist for the second annual CitNOW Video Awards has been revealed.

The shortlist of CitNOW videos has been created from hundreds of entries received from leading dealer groups in the UK and abroad, ahead of the awards on Wednesday July 13, 195 Piccadilly, the home of BAFTA.

JCT600 and Jardine Motors (Lancaster) were both successfully shortlisted for multiple awards, with nominations in three categories.

A judging panel of automotive experts, including CitNOW chairman and founder Andrew Howells, has selected the winners in seven categories:

-Best CitNOW workshop video

-Best CitNOW sales video

-Best CitNOW bodyshop video

-Best CitNOW web video

-Best overseas CitNOW video

-Most creative use of CitNOW video

-Best overall CitNOW video.

Auto Trader’s market research and insight director Nick King will be guest speaker.

Andrew Howells, chairman and founder of CitNOW, said: ““The judges have been impressed with the hundreds of entries that have been whittled down to create this year’s shortlist.

“It represents the creativity and diligence of the entrants and is a testament to the increasing employment of CitNOW video technology in the automotive industry, and the opportunities and benefits it offers.”

The judging panel included Institute of the Motor Industry chief executive Steve Nash, former Sytner operations director and now CitNOW senior team member Geoffrey Page-Morris and AM associate editor and digital manager Jeremy Bennett.
