Tom Kirkham, divisional aftersales director of Sytner, will be sharing his experiences on installing video services into their 13 Mercedes-Benz dealerships in an essential workshop session hosted by CitNow as part of the AM Aftersales Conference 2015.

"The session will cover a wide range of topics," said Gordon Grant, CitNow’s UK sales director, who will be asking the questions in the workshop.

"We will look at how do you prepare your workshop, as well as the impact on the role of service advisor, and how you can unleash the hidden abilities latent in every technician. This will include the vital role of training. 

"We will look at how to have an immediate impact on upselling red work and how to develop a simple process for amber follow-up.

Grant said: "We will also discuss the likely reaction of customers, and why they are actually more likely to give you the right contact information, and why a green video is so important."
