Endeavour Automotive has unveiled plans for a new flagship Hyundai dealership in North London.
Hyundai’s growing sales, which rose 4.9% to 92,419 registrations in 2016, were a key influence in Endeavour Automotive’s decision to relocate its North London showroom to a brand-new two-storey solus site in New Southgate, London, according to a statement issued by the group.
John Caney, managing director of Endeavour Automotive, said: “We take great pride in establishing a flagship site with Hyundai at our new North London location.
“Encompassing Hyundai’s latest dealer-identity styling and customer environment features, the two-story development will be a landmark for Endeavour and Hyundai that should boost our sales while contributing to Hyundai’s ongoing success.”
Due to open in quarter three of 2017, the new site boasts more than 1,000 square metres of display space including a 13-car showroom and Hyundai UK’s first indoor used car display area – capable of holding 34 cars – on the building’s first floor.
The plans also make allowance for a nine-bay workshop with dedicated MOT, tyre-fitting and wheel-alignment stations, plus integrated space has been set aside for car care with two dedicated valet bays, plus a wet-wash area.
Endeavour Automotive’s planned site will also see staff numbers increase more than 20% in anticipation of greater sales volumes.

I will be making an official complaint about construction noise to London Borough of Barnet: they are making noise from 07:30 on Sunday and from 7am weekdays: this is not acceptable
