Bristol Street Motors Nissan in Darlington has won the manufacturer’s Customer Quality Retailer of the Year award.
The award, based on customer feedback between April 2014 and March 2015, recognises the McMullen Road site as the best large Nissan dealership in the country for customer service during the past year.
The dealership is celebrating the award for the second year running.
General manager of the dealership Peter Waugh said: “Providing great customer service has always been our top priority, so to be recognised for this is just fantastic.
“The fact that this has been awarded on the back of customer feedback makes this award even better. We always strive to give our customers the best service and satisfaction and for our customers to tell us that we are achieving this great news for everyone at the dealership.”
