Chorley Group has added the second of a planned three new Hyundai dealerships with a new location in Wigan.

The North West-based privately owned dealer group is also planning to expand with Hyundai in Ormskirk later this year.

The Hyundai dealership will be located in a recently acquired building on Miry Lane, formerly known as Bravo Auto & First Class Motors, purchased from the Inchcape group.

Chorley’s Hyundai Wigan location is now open and work has been completed on a new five bay workshop facility and central digital administrative hub.

Over the coming months, Chorley Group will be working on plans to extend and enhance the site further to create more jobs and bring it in line with Hyundai’s latest corporate identity standards.

This announcement follows the recent completion of a major redevelopment at Chorley Group's Lancashire, Ormskirk centre, where Peugeot has joined Vauxhall and its Blackpool expansion which has seen Peugeot and MG back on the Fylde coast.

Chorley represents 21 different franchises and has 400 employees across locations in the North West.
