AI-powered customer engagement specialist AutoChat is to rebrand as Novaco AI to reflect its expansion beyond chat-based assistance into a fully integrated platform of virtual assistants across multiple communication channels.
At the heart of Novaco AI is Nova, an intelligent assistant that enables dealerships to manage interactions seamlessly via websites, WhatsApp, messaging services, and email inboxes.
The company has also revealed plans to introduce voice integration later this year, enhancing its AI-driven customer service capabilities.

The rebrand draws inspiration from the astronomical ‘nova’ - symbolising a powerful burst of innovation as well as representing ‘New Opportunity through Virtual Assistants’.
