Swansway Garages, winner of the Best Retail Group Award at the AM Awards 2013, is rolling-out an advanced customer relationship management (CRM) programme.
Marketing Delivery's SmartMail system was piloted at the group's Stafford Land Rover business and is now being implemented throughout its Audi, Volkswagen and Volkswagen Van dealerships.
Using data from the DMS, it ensures the correct communications are sent at the right time by the customer's choice of either email or SMS.
Swansway Garages director, John Smyth, commented: "Targeted interaction with our customers is more important than ever. SmartMail fits with our existing systems and provides us with a great tool without adding to the workload of our teams."
