Vicky Fletcher is bucking the trend in the male-dominated retail motor industry after being appointed workshop manager at James Edwards Land Rover in Chester.

The former dealer service administrator, who was offered the position after helping out in the workshop, ensures that technicians meet their targets and maintains standards of service.
