Aftersales Engineering Manager! Emberton (Buckinghamshire)!

The parent company turns over billions a year due to their successful products and service. This vibrant company are growing month after month, securing more contracts globally working with clients as big as British Airways or niche government services. Are you ready to take it to the next step and work with the big tech giants like Facebook, Google, Pixel?

The ideal candidate should be very hands on with 3+ years' experience in a in a leadership role or Aftersales Service role. You will have excellent communication skills and a strong drive to deliver the best results. You will have a keen eye for detail to provide the best performance both singularly and within a team. You will be working alongside the Engineering Team and reporting to the UK Sales Director to develop improvements within the team.

You will:

*With the engineering team, drive improvements and increase efficiency of the team
*Manage the Aftersales Team of the UK and Ireland
*Be responsible for all major service contracts
*Identify, develop and increase the maintenance revenue within the UK and Ireland
*Provide technical support escalations for internal and external clients

Skills:
*Fluent in Microsoft Office Products (Power Point, Word, Excel, Project etc.)
*Technical experience of hardware and software based business
*Management of an Aftersales Services Team focusing on software based solutions
*Strong leadership skills (3 years+)

Salary - £ 30,000 - £40,000

This is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months. The business is consistenty growing and needs someone to start immediately. Due to growth, the company will have other positions internally.

Location is in between Emberton easily commutable from Bedford / Milton Keynes / Willstead / Courteenhall / Bletchley / Northampton / olney / Towcester / Wellingborough / St Neots / Biggleswade / Silsoe /
