Efforts to get the owners of British sports car brand TVR to base a new factory in Wales could have wasted millions of pounds.
Some of the UK’s most iconic automotive brands could realise a 60% production boost by 2020, according to a report on specialist car makers compiled by the SMMT.
British sports car maker TVR will open its new production facility in the Ebbw Vale Enterprise Zone in South Wales, with investment from the Welsh Government.
