Smart has said that its ‘perfect city car’ has ‘become a little more perfect’ with the introduction of a range-wide EV drivetrain set to make its debut at next week’s Paris Motor Show.
Smart has unveiled the cabriolet version of its fortwo hatchback ahead of its arrival in UK showrooms early next year.
The newest addition to the Smart range (on sale in 2016) comes with an electrically-operated fabric roof that can be lowered or raised in 12 seconds at any vehicle speed.
The new Smart fortwo cabrio will make its world premiere at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September before going on sale in February 2016.
