Review
Toyota has launched a new look Celica, the T Sport (pictured below), featuring a 1.8-litre VVTL-i engine. It is the second model from Toyota's new performance brand, joining its supermini namesake the Yaris T Sport.
Unique exterior and interior styling include side skirts, front lower skirt, rear spoiler, T Sport branded alloys and leather upholstery.
The car is available in four colours unique to the range, lagoon blue, chilli red, thunder grey and storm blue.
It is capable of 0-62mph in 7.4 seconds and has a top speed of 140mph. The combined fuel consumption figure is 33.6mpg.
Standard equipment specification includes four airbags, climate control air conditioning, 17-inch alloys, six disc CD autochanger, alarm/immobiliser and heated power mirrors.
The Celica T Sport costs £23,495, compared to £24,700 for the Nissan 200 SX Touring, £23,895 for the Audi TT Coupe 1.8 Quattro and £25,240 for the Alfa GTV 3.0 V6 24v Lusso.
