Vauxhall has launched a new TV, radio, print and digital media campaign to boost awareness of its electric van range in the UK.

British Gas and OpenReach are featured as part of the TV campaign, with the idea being to highlight how Vauxhall is working with fleets to support their transition to electric with the electric Combo, Vivaro and Movano vans.

Vauxhall’s e-LCV range will be shown across primetime spots on ITV, Channel 4 and Sky as part of the cross media launch.

Vauxhall will also be a headline sponsor of London's LBC Radio’s Breakfast Show, hosted by Nick Ferrari.

The brand is looking to cement its position as an electric van market leader in the UK, with more than a quarter (29.8%) of electric vans wearing the Griffin badge in 2023.

James Taylor, Vauxhall managing director, said: “Our new ‘Energising a Better Britain’ campaign demonstrates the work we are doing to offer businesses across the UK with a practical range of electric vans to support them as they look to decarbonise their operations.

"With the combination of our new TV advertisement, digital campaign, and out of home billboards, we look forward to bringing our latest LCV models to even more drivers across the country.”

Vauxhall, alongside its sister Stellantis brands, is the only brand to manufacture vans within the UK.

The Combo Electric is being produced at the Ellesmere Port plant, while the Vivaro Electric will be built at Vauxhall's Luton plant from 2025.
