Vauxhall is offering customers the chance to collect 50,000 Tesco Clubcard points when buying a new car through a Vauxhall UK dealership before the end of the year.

Shoppers can exchange the 50,000 Clubcard points for £500 in Clubcard vouchers to be used in store or double their value with more than 100 Clubcard partners.

The offer follows the launch of Vauxhall’s partnership with Tesco earlier this year, allowing new electric vehicle (EV) customers to benefit from one year’s free charging credit to use at Tesco stores.

Operated by provider Pod Point, Tesco has 2,700 charge points across 619 stores nationwide making it the UK’s largest supermarket charging network, with a mix of 7kW, 22kW, 50kW and 75kW charging stations.

James Taylor, managing director at Vauxhall, said: “What is particularly exciting for us, is that for our new EV customers, we can now not only reward them for their purchase of a new EV, but also provide the incentive of one year’s free charging credit.

“We are dedicated to helping drivers make the switch to electric and we hope this offering, along with our latest PCP offers on the new Corsa Electric YES Edition and Mokka Electric Griffin will support even more motorists wanting to take the leap and experience the advantages of EVs for themselves.”
