JudgeService has been chosen as the reviews and feedback provider to the RAC Dealer Network.
The deal means that more than 1,400 RAC dealers will be able to gain access to the JudgeService platform including a range of services they can use to measure customer satisfaction and respond to issues highlighted.
Lee Coomber, RAC client director at Assurant, which partners with the RAC in the aftersales sector, said: “Reviews and feedback are an essential part of motor retail today, so this is an important development for us. Working with JudgeService will provide members of the RAC Dealer Network with market-leading tools to help them to build and manage their reputation.
“As well as being available online, all customer reviews will be hosted centrally on the main RAC web site so that anyone searching for an RAC dealer can see the rating of individual retailers and read about verified, real world experiences from other consumers.
“Additionally, we are providing options to upgrade to a variety of enhanced JudgeService packages at a preferential rate for RAC dealers who want to manage their feedback in a more comprehensive fashion.”
JudgeService managing director Neil Addley said: “We’re looking forward to working with motor retailers across the RAC Dealer Network, helping them to further build trust and customer satisfaction through reviews, enhanced insight and reputation management.”
The JudgeService deal follows deal between Vehicles in Video and the RAC Dealer Network to provide online imaging. Further affiliations are being discussed with providers of stocking and motor finance, specialist dealer web sites, and trade-to-trade sales.
Coomber added: “We’re building on the appeal of the RAC Dealer Network for motor retailers by becoming a doorway to a whole range of products and services that we believe will have a real impact on the success of individual businesses. It’s very much part of the culture here at Assurant to add value to the relationships we build with our partners.”
