iVendi has moved its Wales head office to a Colwyn Bay premises four times the size of its previous base in Abergele.

The online motor finance specialist’s client services, finance, internal sales, account management and marketing teams are all based in Wales and the number of people working there has grown significantly in the last year, with more people currently being recruited.

Richard Tavernor, chief operating officer at iVendi, said: “The move is very much indicative of the way that iVendi has been growing over the last couple of years, with a dramatic increase in headcount.

“The new premises are much more modern and spacious, and should provide sufficient room for our growth aspirations over the next couple of years before we may have to start thinking about expanding our accommodation again.

“Colwyn Bay is a very good location for us, with fast and reliable road links to the North and the Midlands, while the rail service means you can be in London in just over two hours.”

iVendi’s also has large offices in Salford Quays, Manchester, which house other key functions including software development.
