Dealer performance specialists ASE has set itself the target to raise £40,000 for charity through a series of events in the company’s 40th year.
The first group event began in October 2015 when 13 staff members took up the challenge of a five kilometre Rough Runner event.
The upcoming group challenge on September 18 is to abseil down the clock tower at the 175ft high Trafford Centre in Manchester.
Rob Jones, ASE chief executive, said: “ASE have chosen to raise money for Macmillan, as it is a charity close to their heart. Diane Wood who worked at ASE for eight years recently lost her long battle with cancer and it was Macmillan who provided invaluable help to her.
"As many of us at ASE have had relatives, friends and loved ones who have benefited from their support, it is certainly a fitting charity to get behind. With 20 staff involved in the next event, it will be a great way that the team can face their fears and push them to their limits. ”
