Steer Automotive has acquired accident repair business Rye Street Group to extend its regional footprint into Hertfordshire and Essex and to strengthen its capabilities in parts procurement and estimation
Rye Street Group, established in 1990, operates seven repair centres and holds numerous manufacturer and insurer approvals.
Managing directors Bill Duffy and Lee McNaughton will be exiting the business, while Nick Ferris and the senior management team will remain to ensure continuity.
