ATS Euromaster has promoted Gary Butterworth to the role of central operations manager.
Butterworth, who will be field-based, steps up after eight years as area operations manager for the tyre and maintenance provider, where he led up to 28 service centres across southern England.
He reports into operations director Mark Holland and will be the central point of contact between the company’s regional managers and head office functions.
Holland said: “Gary is an excellent communicator and has a proven track record in facilitating efficiency changes in an often complex operational field.
“We’re looking forward to the positive contribution he can make to the business in this more senior role.”
ATS operates nationally with three regional managers, 19 area managers and 252 sites, including the new facility in Hull that opened in May and can provide commercial vehicle servicing, including MOT work, for class 4 and 7 commercials and technicians trained to perform routine maintenance on EVs and hybrid vehicles.
