PSA Group has appointed former network development director David March into the newly-created role of customer experience and strategy director for Peugeot, Citroën and DS Automobiles.
March assumes the new post as Andy Robson is appointed to the role of network development director for all the PSA Group brands, including Vauxhall.
Robson was previously network development director for Vauxhall.
The PSA Group said that the creation of the new role which March is now moving into “underlines the importance of the Customer Experience to Groupe PSA, as well as the need to put weight behind strategic projects as the automotive industry and PSA adapts for the future”.

March most recently played a central role in the restructure of the Citroen franchised network under managing director Karl Howkins in a career which has taken in posts as general manger at at Robins and Day and head of UK franchised at Peugeot Citroen UK.
He said: “It’s an exciting role working closely with all of the senior team to help develop our future business strategy and drive our total customer experience forwards across all metrics.
Andy Robson will be responsible for the development of the four group brands’ (Peugeot, Citroën, DS, and Vauxhall) representation in the UK and their networks’ performance.
Robson has served Vauxhall for many years, originally as a business apprentice.
He has worked across many roles within Sales, Marketing and Aftersales and has held Director positions for Aftersales and more recently Network Development Director for Vauxhall.
