Shaun Ingram has been appointed group health and safety compliance manager at Swansway Group.

He joined the group following the retirement of his predecessor, Alan Gowling, who’d been with the business for 13years. 

Ingram (pictured) worked alongside Gowling for 18 months during his previous employment, with a health and safety consultancy, while carrying out some work at the Swansway Group’s accident repair centres.

Ingram said: “It’s great to progress into a main role; I’d been an assistant in both previous roles. At Swansway I have the opportunity to implement things in my own way and to look at raising standards, in certain areas, across the group”.
