Insurance and warranty firm Opteven UK has appointed Neil Mobey and Emmanuel Pallot as its new heads of operations, each with distinct responsibilities to enhance the company’s service standards.

Mobey joins after working for 16 years with Renault Retail Group UK. He brings with him 23 years of automotive experience, during which time he has held multiple leadership roles within Renault Retail Group, with his last position being national sales centre manager.

“Opteven is an ambitious company with a track record of success combined with a desire for growth and a drive to be the best. Having met members of the senior team, it’s clear that the company shares my passion for delivering consistent results, while placing employees at the heart of its achievements,” he said.

Pallot has worked in the truck industry for the last 25 years, spending the last 20 years with Man UK in various roles including breakdown call centre supervisor, customer support manager and, for the last five years, head of contracts and warranty.

“Opteven continues to grow its UK operations and there are some really exciting product developments in the pipeline over the next few years. I’m thrilled to be a part of that,” commented Pallot.

The appointments follow the promotion of former UK operations director Madjid Hadj-Amar to head of france operations, based in Lyon where he previously worked for 23 years. During his time in the UK, Madjid focused on enhancing the digital transformation strategy for Opteven UK’s automotive warranties operations.

Ludovic Troyes, CEO of Opteven UK, commented: “Madjid has been an invaluable member of our organisation and we wish him every success and happiness in his future endeavours. At the same time, we welcome Neil and Emmanuel to the team. We are confident that they will excel in their positions and support the development of a combined team of more than 40 skilled colleagues, totally engaged in delivering the best quality of service to our customers and retailers.”
