Fiat Professional will launch its new Fullback pick-up in the UK in the autumn next year with a single double cab model.

The launch of the new Fullback will capitalise on the expanding pick-up market in the UK.

The new model will come with a 2.4-litre turbo diesel in 150hp or 180hp outputs and a payload of 1,045kg. Four-wheel drive comes as standard and it can be specced with either manual or an automatic transmission. Two trim levels will be available.

The Fullback is Fiat Professional’s first contender in the medium-duty pick-up truck segment in the EMEA region, which totalled 675,000 units in 2014 representing 23% of total sales in the LCV segment.

More details, including pricing and final specifications, will be announced closer to launch next year.
