McLaren Glasgow named Retailer of the Year, secures spot in Premier Club

McLaren Glasgow, part of AM100 dealer Park's Motor Group, has been awarded the prestigious title of 2024 UK Retailer of the Year, highlighting the retailer's outstanding performance across all areas of business.

The accolade also grants them exclusive entry for one year into the McLaren Premier Club - a select group of McLaren’s top-performing retailers worldwide.

Joining McLaren Glasgow in the Premier Club are McLaren Vienna, McLaren Milan, and McLaren Mumbai. Among them, McLaren Vienna emerged as the overall regional winner, automatically qualifying as a contender for the McLaren Global Retailer of the Year title. The top retailers from each of McLaren’s business regions will now compete head-to-head based on their performance throughout 2024.

Now in its ninth year, the McLaren Retailer of the Year awards apply a rigorous, data-driven approach, benchmarking multiple business areas on a monthly basis through a digital scorecard.

Retailers are assessed on key performance indicators, including new and used vehicle sales, parts and service operations, customer engagement, and overall operational excellence. The scoring system is weighted to ensure fair competition among retailers of varying sizes.
