Four years of executive and departmental pay data from BDO's annual motor salary survey is now available on AM-online.
The BDO Motor Salary Survey provides a useful tool to help management evaluate employee costs against national averages and similar businesses to their own.
The latest data comes from more than 150 legal entities that together operate 353 dealership sites.
They range from single site dealership companies to large publicly listed dealership groups. The remuneration details obtained cover 27 dealership positions. It also looks at pay rates across different dealership departments: vehicle sales, parts, service and administration as well as staff turnover and holiday entitlement and hours worked.
