The NFDA (National Franchised Dealers Association) has named Suzuki its Manufacturer of the Year at the association’s Autumn Ball.
The award was given to Suzuki in recognition of its very strong working relationship with its 154-strong franchised dealer network and the fact that it has consistently scored high in the NFDA survey.
Sales and marketing director, Dale Wyatt, said: “All of us here at Suzuki are really pleased to receive the Manufacturer of the Year Award. Suzuki has scored well in the NFDA surveys which is very encouraging and demonstrates the successful and profitable relationships we are building with our dealers, not least through listening to what they have to say but also taking their experiences and business priorities into account.
“By achieving strong and mutually rewarding business partnerships, we can also provide the right environment to deliver customer satisfaction, both in the showroom and in aftersales operations. Getting these basic elements right is crucial to securing the future success of Suzuki and our dealer partners.”
Suzuki was rated as one of the top three franchises in the UK in the latest NFDA survey.
Guests at the ball also raised £3,270 for BEN the Automotive charity.
