Robins & Day by PSA Retail has announced that it is extending its £1 aftersales survey pledge across its sales department in a bid to raise more money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Since September 2018, Robins & Day have donated £1 for every customer survey response received as part of a fund-raising scheme promoted across over 60 dealerships nationwide.
The PSA Greoup-owned franchised retail group said that responses to the survey have been “impressive”, raising over £11,000 for the charity.
Now the scheme is set to be expanded in a bid to raise furtehr funds for the same good cause.
Robins & Day have decided to extend the fundraising campaign beyond aftersales, and will be offering the £1 Macmillan donation to every customer survey response throughout the sales departments.
The hope is that response rates will continue to increase and even more money will be donated to Macmillan Cancer Support.
Robins & Day’s chief executive, James Weston (pictured), said: “We are delighted by the response to our Macmillan fundraising through our aftersales customer response surveys.
“Customer service and satisfaction is a key priority for us as a dealership group, and we really value feedback from our customers to learn and improve.
“Being able to use these surveys to fundraise has been a privilege and we have been overwhelmed with the responses.
"We are so proud to be able to present a cheque of £11,003 to Macmillan Cancer Support.”
Macmillan Cancer Support’s area fundraising manager, Lisajane Gooden, said “Funds raised through the Robins & Day survey campaign, will help Macmillan to support people with cancer from the moment they are diagnosed.
“Robins & Day’s customers support of their surveys mean so much to us and the people we support.
"Every penny Robins & Day has raised and continue to do so for Macmillan, will help us to make a really difference to the lives of people living with cancer both here in Coventry and nationally, and for that we are incredibly grateful.”
