Hyundai car owners now have an opportunity to purchase car accessories online from the manufacturer and choose collection or fitting at a Hyundai dealership of their choice.

It follows a collaboration between eDynamix and Hyundai to create a seamless and convenient experience for Hyundai drivers.

The Hyundai Geniune Accessories online store allows customers to browse and purchase VIN-specific accessories, from boot organisers and roof bars to EV charging cables, tow bars and alloy wheels, from the comfort of their home or office.

They can then pick from their local dealers, and book a date and time that's convenient, for fitting.

Hyundai Motor UK said this launch marks a significant enhancement in how Hyundai connects with its customers, offering a seamless blend of digital convenience and personalised service.

This platform simplifies the process of purchasing and fitting accessories, directly aligning with our goals of convenience and customer satisfaction," said Ben Sargeant, customer experience director at Hyundai Motor UK.

This new development comes two years after Hyundai Motor UK began rolling out a new fully contactless digital aftersales system across its dealer network, in partnership with eDynamix, which builds on the existing Hyundai Workshop Automation system, which provides a seamless process for service or repair work, with a fully online system for booking and repair authorisation.
