Holden Kia Norwich is poised for a major upgrade as part of Kia’s latest brand evolution, with work beginning in mid-November ahead of the showroom reopening in February.
The dealership will undergo a complete transformation to align with Kia’s bold new identity, introduced in 2021, and will be divided into two distinct zones.
The ‘customer zone’ will provide an inviting space for visitors to engage with sales teams and explore Kia’s offerings. Meanwhile, the ‘display zone’ will highlight the latest Kia models. A striking thin red lighting feature will separate the two areas, offering a sleek, contemporary look.
One of the highlights of the new-look showroom will be Kia’s revolutionary ‘Showcase’ interactive system which provides customers with an immersive virtual tour of Kia’s full range of vehicles, allowing them to explore different models, trim levels, and features through a 360-degree configurator.
Customers will be able to view every angle of a vehicle, open doors to inspect the interior, and even add accessories to see how they enhance the car’s design.
Holden Kia Norwich will remain open throughout the process, with both its sales and service teams continuing to operate from temporary facilities on-site to support customers.
Martyn Webb, Holden Group MD said: “This is a once-in-a-generation refit that truly showcases the Kia brand for our customers. The transformation will mark a new era for Kia and Holden Kia Norwich.”
Darren Anderson, GM at Holden Kia Norwich, said: “We’re looking forward to welcoming both new and existing customers to visit the showroom in February, when they will be able to take a tour of the latest models and experience our all-new store.”
