Hendy expands Poole showroom as multi-franchise Stellantis dealership

Hendy Group is adding Peugeot and Citroën models to its Poole dealership, marking the first official showrooms for the French brands in Dorset.

This expansion makes Hendy Poole the first multi-franchised Stellantis dealership in the county.

The dealership, which also offers brands such as Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Jeep, and Vauxhall, is set to hold an official launch event on September 26.

Paul Hendy, CEO of Hendy Group, said: “This will be great news for car buyers in Dorset, as it will greatly improve access to the many exciting new models from Peugeot and Citroën.

“Having all of these brands under one roof, and ensuring colleagues are ready to support with any enquiry, will make the whole car and van buying experience easier and more enjoyable.”

The Poole dealership’s expansion is part of Hendy’s long-term strategy to solidify its partnership with Stellantis.

Hendy acquired the existing Vauxhall showroom in September 2023, adding Fiat and Abarth models and Vauxhall’s light commercial vehicle servicing.

“This is another important milestone in our 165th year, and we’re excited about a range of other Hendy projects in the pipeline,” Hendy added.

Hendy Group now represents 24 manufacturers across 80 sites along the south coast of England.
