Former Arrow Motor Auctions site in Redditch hits the market for lease

The former Redditch home of Arrow Motor Auctions has been put on the market for lease.

Located at the corner of Bartleet Road and Icknield Street Drive, the auction room and its half-acre compound are now available at a rental price of £70,000 per annum on a minimum five-year lease.

Ian Parker, joint managing director at sole agents John Truslove, which is marketing the property, said: "Arrow was a popular and well-known motor auction business for more than 30 years. Its closure offers a unique opportunity for another operator in the auction trade or a complete transformation of this prominent site in Redditch."

The property sits within Washford Industrial Estate, a well-established commercial hub on the outskirts of the town centre. The main structure, a 14,226 sq ft factory unit, was converted for use as a warehouse, depot, auction house, and offices. An additional canopy covers 2,397 sq ft, providing extra storage space. Rental offers start at £70,000 per annum for a lease term of five years or more.
