This AM100 multi-brand dealer group sees itself “as a true fleet service provider”, and the AM judging panel agreed after studying the evidence provided with its entry.

It operates in every sector of the corporate marketplace, from sole traders through SMEs and up to vast fleet operators.

It works closely with all its manufacturer partners – Honda, Kia, Mazda, Nissan, Peugeot and Škoda – to maximise its opportunities in the fleet market, and its performance for many is ‘top-tier’. In fact, with Honda and Mazda it ranks top for fleet sales volumes, profits and customer satisfaction.

Highly commended last year, Norton Way has certainly improved its business since. During 2016, it won new contracts including BT Fleet, DVSA and City Electrical Factors.

It has also retained nearly all of its existing customers, although its management team took decisions to withdraw from non-profitable channels and concentrate on profitable, sustainable growth. Volumes are growing consistently.

Leasing clients include Arval, Alphabet, Leaseplan, Lex Autolease and Zenith, and the relationship is strong. Zenith awarded Norton Way ‘Zenith 7’ status after it achieved 100% satisfaction scores in seven consecutive end-user surveys on three occasions.

Its entry included similar outstanding satisfaction scores from Leaseplan and Lex Autolease.
