Vauxhall executive Victoria Hatfield joins the Fiat team as marketing director. She was recently Vauxhall's head of communications, and has been with Stellantis since joining as a graduate trainee.
Hatfield and Heilbron both now reporting to Fiat and Abarth UK managing director Giuseppe Cava (pictured), who was appointed in January 2025.
Stellantis said the nhe new management structure will support the 2025 launch of new models to the Fiat range including the Grande Panda and Topolino and the Abarth 600e, which is coming to UK showrooms during March.
The Italian brand is also expanding its UK retailer network, which currently numbers close to 90 sites, in anticipation of growing sales volumes from the new arrivals.
In the past decade the Fiat network has become largely multi-franchised, typically sharing sites with other Stellantis brands, as its low market share and limited new car range left the brand struggling for viability in the challenging UK new car market.
Cava said: "With a number of new models launching this year, it’s an exciting time for Fiat and important that we strengthen our commercial teams to maximise the opportunities; the appointment of Vicky and Neil will be key to this.
"Our network is in a growth phase, as we add additional retailers to service the needs of a growing customer base. I’m committed to ensuring our commercial teams, led by Vicky and Neil, work closely with our retail partners, supporting them and ensuring we deliver the highest levels of customer experience."
