HR Owen has welcomed over 200 VIP guests to its Lamborghini Manchester supercar showroom as it inaugurated the new facilities following extensive investment and refurbishment.
The latest Lamborghini models including the V10 Huracán Tecnica, Huracán STO3 track car, an Aventador Ultimae were joined by a Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-45 – one of just four units to be delivered to UK clients – at the event last night (September 29).
Guests were also entertained by mixologists who developed special cocktails for the evening, together with a live DJ.
The showroom in St Mary’s Way, Stockport, is the latest facility in the Italian carmaker’s franchised retail network to complete a corporate identity (CI) upgrade to what the OEM described as its “exacting” standards.
Ken Choo, the chief executive of HR Owen, which also operates Lamborghini franchises in London, Pangbourne and Hatfield, said: “Lamborghini is a strong and important brand within our portfolio.
“Our investment in our Lamborghini business in Greater Manchester reflects our belief in and enthusiasm for the Lamborghini marque, which HR Owen has represented in the UK for 23 years.
“We look forward to continuing our successful partnership with Lamborghini as we anticipate exciting times ahead for our clients and the brand, with upcoming new models and customer experiences delivered in Lamborghini’s inimitable style.”
Lamborghini will be one of the luxury and supercar brands to feature in HR Owen’s new multi-brand dealership facility in Hatfield when it opens its doors.
The AM100 car retailer’s chief technology officer, Brett Ward, recently discussed some of the technology that will be implemented at the dealership in an episode of the AM News Show podcast.
Commenting on the opening of HR Owens’ new Lamborghini Manchester showroom this week, Francesco Cresci, Automobili Lamborghini Regional Director for EMEA, said: “Lamborghini Manchester is an established dealership within our network, serving an ever- growing and discerning clientele in an important part of the country.
“Lamborghini continues to grow its market in the UK, which is currently the fourth largest in the world in terms of deliveries to customers: as we continue to debut exciting new models, including the Urus S1 announced today, and move towards introduction of new hybrid products from 2023, we thank our dealership partners for their commitment and loyalty.”
