Pendragon has fully-reopened its Stratstone Doncaster BMW dealership following a redevelopment which has added 20% more showroom space.
The showroom at the upgraded three-acre site on Wheatley Hall Road, Doncaster, now features a ten-car roadway vehicle display, as well as dedicated BMW M and BMWi zones.
Two new delivery bays have also been created equipped with AV technology in addition to changes to the facility’s aftersales department, which now features eight new bays.
BMW Doncaster's external display space, meanwhile, has been doubled with room for more than 80 pre-owned cars.
Pendragon chief executive Bill Berman said: “We are excited to open the doors to our latest BMW showroom in Doncaster.
“We believe this state-of-the-art facility marks a significant investment in not only the BMW brand, but in the local community through long-term job creation.”
Back in January Pendragon revealed a plan to carry out the multi-million-pound re-development its BMW showrooms in Derby and Hull.
Set to be completed later this year, the works will create state-of the-art showrooms with increased space.
Stratstone BMW and Mini Derby will feature a 17-vehicle showroom as well as a 21-ramp service and repair workshop.
Stratstone BMW and Mini Hull will feature a 20-vehicle showroom and a 20-ramp service and repair workshop.
During the works, Stratstone BMW Derby will move to a temporary location on Chequers Rd, Derby, while the Mini operation will continue to operate from the existing site on Sir Frank Whittle Road.
Stratstone BMW Hull’s sales team will temporarily move to Courtney St, Mt Pleasant, Hull, meanwhile, as the Stratstone BMW Service and Mini Sales and Service teams will remain at the existing MINI site on Citadel Way.
